Greetings Fellow Members of Les Clefs d’Or, Colleagues and Friends!!

This year has marked a historical moment for Les Clefs d’Or Malaysia as were given a privilege and an opportunity to showcase a true Malaysian Hospitality in 2009 Asian Congress in Kuala Lumpur recently.

It was indeed a very rewarding event when Showcase Asia Product Updates, Asian Solidarity Les Clefs d’Or Way Conference, from August 7th to August 10th 2009, has gathered fellow members and friends from 11 Asian Countries namely Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Thailand, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Chinese Taipei, India and Philippines, with their extraordinary spirit of ‘Service Through Friendship’

We were enormously honored and flattered to have you all in Kuala Lumpur!!

My special appreciation to our Guest Of Honour, Mr. Colin Toomey 3rd Vice President of U.I.C.H, Mr. Gregory Tan Asia Zone Director and Mr. Timothy Gan, Founder President Of Les Clefs d’Or Malaysia for the encouragements and support towards this successful event. Not forgotten Mr John Roozemond, for an inspiring key note on “Global Economic Crisis – The Effect and Challenges on the Hospitality Industry in Asia which was a truly beneficial presentation.

Les Clefs d’Or Malaysia also would like to take this opportunity to extend our sincere appreciation and gratitude to all our event partners, sponsors, advertisers and everyone involved in making this congress a benchmark for Malaysia Chapter to move forward.

Last but not least, my personal heartfelt appreciation to my fellow organizing committee who has been with me ensuring that we achieve the ultimate goal.
