| Sharing with others experiences and knowledge gained by attending national congress, seminars and meetings. | |

Introduction
As the guardians of the Les Clefs d’Or Malaysia and always in the public spotlight, we are expected to conduct our affairs on a basis consistent with the great trust that has been placed in us. This requires our behavior to conform to the highest ethical principles. For these reasons, Les Clefs d’Or requires its members to conduct business with integrity, to maintain a standard of ethical conduct consistent with the regulations of all countries and jurisdictions with UICH.
Member are required to comply with the following code of ethics when representing or participating in activities or events:

| Respect the rights of all employees to fair treatment and equal opportunity, free from discrimination or harassment of any type. |

| Know, understand and comply with the laws, regulations, and codes of conduct. | |
| Ensure that all transactions are handled honestly and recorded accurately. | |
| Protect information that belongs to the Les Clefs d’Or, our donors, sponsors, suppliers and fellow workers. | |
| Avoid conflicts of interest, both real and perceived. |

| Never use Les Clefs d’Or assets or information for personal gain. |
Les Clefs d’Or Malaysia was formed in 1999 and members are hotel concierges all over Malaysia. The association's purpose is to foster the development and education of members as well as uphold the integrity of the concierge profession, promote high professional standards and to encourage "service through friendship."
Les Clefs d’Or Malaysia is affiliated with UICH. Benefits of membership include networking with other local concierges and corporate sponsors, making contacts throughout the city to better serve hotel guests, learning about other areas of the city, education and guest speaker lectures, and mentoring.
